Order Cancellation Policy: If you did not want what you ordered or if you ordered by mistake, you can cancel your order within 24 hours, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please note that once an order is shipped, it is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any questions.

There are no refunds for Personalized Ordered that have already been fabricated or in production once the personalized part has been made. Partial refund can only be issued if the item is one that is a regular item to be resold by the seller.

Any items you receive and decide you no longer require the item (not including personalized) you may return for a full refund of item but not the shipping cost. Return shipping is also not included for the return.

As a small business we do no offer any free services for shipping on large items.
