Please note that for all our products, we do our best to ensure your product goes out in a timely fashion, protected in the shipping process.

Shipping Policy - the basics

We will ship our products where our customers set as their shipping destination. Once an order is dispatched there is no refund. Customized orders will have a variety of steps taken before shipping to ensure the customer received the item they ordered.

Any errors on shipping address, spelling in customized item, that has been approved by the customer will not be refunded.
Partial credit may be issued after consultation with customer service.

What to include in the Shipping Policy

After the shipping has left our hands, we unfortunately have no control of the item. You will be able to follow the tracking number that will be given to you to confirm shipment. Damages to shipping items will have to be accompanied with pictures to show damage to boxes and items that you have received. In some cases small parts can be replaced.
